Vietnam - Korea International Cooperation Joint Stock Company (VKIC) is a young enterprise, specializing in the areas of business: Medical equipment, industrial equipment and lighting equipment. In the process of implementing the Company's development strategy from 2018 to 2023, the Board of Directors of the company always prioritizes the implementation of the goal of human resource development. People are the most important factor, deciding the success of the enterprise 
The Human Resource Policy of VKIC is built with the aim of bringing human resources to become a competitive advantage of the Company, expressed synchronously from recruitment policies, training - development, salary - bonus - welfare, remuneration regimes, professional and harmonious working environment. In addition, the company leaders always focus on developing enterprise culture to keep excellent people, attract talents, facilitate all employees to work best, develop career and attach long-term with the Company

Recruitment policy 

The recruitment must meet the objectives, requirement on short and long-term business development strategy of the company, be implemented according to each specific time and the annual plan.
The employees are recruited not only to meet the current job requirements but also to be seeds that are nurtured for the future.
Recruitment is publicly announced on the Company's website, recruitment pages and on the mass media.
Each position, job title of the occupation that are suitable to the business sector of the company has its own criteria recruitment and is implemented in accordance with the recruitment process of the company.

Despite of a young enterprise is developing, VKIC Company is committed to fully arrange suitable jobs for employees, create fair, objective and reasonable working opportunities for all employees depending on their qualifications, practical capacity of each person in every aspect: recruitment, training - development, promotion opportunities, salary - bonus - welfare, implementation of other remuneration regimes.

Policies for training and developing human resources

The new employees at the company are professionally guided, trained in terms of professional skills and work. The company always facilitate employees to adapt quickly to a new working environment. The company encourages employees to study professional skills after working hours to improve their working capacity at the Company, by:
+ Facilitate necessary procedures to go to school smoothly;
+ Invest a certain amount of time for employees to participate in learning;
+ Company can subsidize a certain amount of tuition.

Policy of salary, bonus, welfare, remuneration
 
With remuneration policies, competitive salary system and bonus, VKIC ensures employees' benefits, motivate and encourage higher labor productivity; keep excellent people and attract talents.
The company always strictly complies with the provisions of the labor law on compulsory insurance regimes such as social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance.

At the Company, employees are entitled to enjoy bonus and income regimes according to clear regulations.
-    Annual salary increase is in March for employees who have worked officially for the company more than 6 months.
-    Bonus in Solar and Lunar New year, special holidays etc. An average of one year employees can receive 14 months of salary if they work officially at the company> 6 months.
-    On average, a year of employees can receive 14 months of salary if they officially work at the company more than 6 months.
-    Lunch allowance: 30.000 VND / lunch.
-    Telephone allowance: 300.000 VND - 500.000 VND (The staffs working at Marketing Department, After-sales service)
-    Business trip regime: 700.000 VND - 800.000 VND / day / person when traveling in big cities / provinces
-    Employee's birthday: Company gives 500.000 VND / person, the company union organizes monthly birthday for employees and give: 200.000 VND / person.
-    Employee's wedding: Company gives: VND 10.000.000 / person.
-    Employee's children wedding: Company gives: VND 10.000.000 / person.
-    Employee's family has a funeral: Within 03 generations (Wife, husband, children): The company visits and sends condolences: 10.000.000 VND
The Trade Union of the Company will actively organize collective activities such as monthly birthdays, picnics, football, and badminton at the same time encourage and visit in time when employees or their relatives are sick, their family has a funeral or has new members, through which to connect all employees in the company.
In addition, to maintain the emulation movement throughout the unit, the Company also builds and implements of the Company's reward regulations in a timely and effective manner. Collective and individuals who have achieved outstanding or irregular achievements are recognized and rewarded fairly and openly.
