Recruitment process


Step 1: Notice of recruitment
The recruitment department receives personnel requests from departments within the company, composes detailed recruitment notices about company requirements, entitlements and benefits, and announce on media mass, job recruitment pages and company websites.
Step 2: Apply
Candidates please take the following steps:
-    Refer to information on vacancies posted on the company's website or job posting pages to select the application position.
-    Prepare the candidate information Form or Curriculum Vitae (CV) and related certificates. Personal CV includes personal information, contact information, learning process, experience, goals, personal interests etc.
-    Submit the application profile to the Recruitment Department directly on the company's website or according to the methods guided in the job recruitment information. The title of record must be clearly stated the applicant's position and full name.
Step 3: Receive and select the records
-    After the applicant submitted the application and the recruitment information, recruitment Department will collect profile and select candidates with information that are similar to the requirements of the position to contact the preliminary interview and send an invitation letter to attend a job interview.
-    The records are not suitable will be saved in the database system for the following position and the recruitment stages.
Step 4: Recruitment interview
This is the first official meeting between the candidate and the Company. Through this interview, the Company has additional information to assess the suitability of the candidates for recruitment.
Selected candidates will participate in 2 rounds of interviews:
    1st round: Attended by HR Manager and Director, Head of Department who needs to recruit personnel in the company. The recruitment council will exchange details with candidates about professional knowledge and work experience, assess the suitability to the organization.
    2nd round: Attended by HR Manager and Company Director. The recruitment council will make a decision to recruit the candidates.
Step 5: Announce the result and negotiate the contract 
Candidates who are selected through the interview round will be sent recruitment notice by the Recruitment Department, agreement on labor contract and relevant issues, including: Type of contract, job, salary, work time. Next issues will be implemented based on the labor contract and instructions of the direct Department Manager and Human Resources Department staff.
Step 6: Complete the application after getting admission
After receiving the recruitment notice, the candidates must prepare the following documents and send Human Resources Department staff to complete the procedures for receiving new employees:
-    Original curriculum vitae certified by the local government with the duration is not more than 6 months.
-    Copy or notarized birth certificate.
-    Health certificate with a round mark.
-    Notarized identity card.
-    Family registration book
-    Notarized certificates and diplomas. (One scanned file is sent to HR Department staff)
-    01 photo 03 x 04, 01 photo 04x06.
